When my husband and I were faced with selling our beloved condo unexpectedly, we contacted Heidi Cox in your Lakewood Ranch office. We still had the brochure with her contact information from when we purchased. She was our first call and she was terrific. It was an excellent decision! Once we accepted an offer, Heidi was amazing managing our expectations. There was a complication with the buyers' mortgage company and the condo association/management company. Heidi stayed on top of it and kept us posted. In the end, she even led the buyer to a different mortgage company that had had success with other property in our community.
